Something About That Name
Once upon a time, many years ago
Was born to us a savior, Jesus as we know
Son of God, virgin birth, Councellor to all
Teaching, saving, to all who heed His call.
When on this earth, He took the form of man
Eating, resting, sleeping, helping all He can
But many backs were turned, caring not He said
His promise of the future, and all that lay ahead.
Tell it to Jesus, your troubles He'll bear
No matter the problem, He'll always be there
And if in this life, your salvation is missing
Open up your Bible, and read John Three Sixteen,
I am the way, the only way in
Trusting in Jesus, the Kingdom you'll win
And coming one day to get His bride
and, wow, we'll take that heavenly ride,
I'm going to heaven, that pearly white city
Where many won't be going, and oh what a pity
So come quickly Lord Jesus, as said by John
Our life here on earth, is over and done.

THE CHURCH
I believe that I will always see
A church that means so much to me
Where prayers and praises will always be
That's where God gives the victory.
The time in church is not too much
That's where I get the Master's touch
His touch is gentle and Oh so sweet
Try us , you'll like us, the friends you meet.
So Valley View, this must be the place
No place like this, a smile on Dewey's face
Visitors welcome, the people will greet
Members expected, and all in for a treat.
