The book of Isaiah.....What a Prophet

The book of Isaiah can be called a little Bible. Isaiah has 66 chapters.....

The Bible has 66 books. Isaiah has 39 chapters (First section) describing the sin and history of Israel. Old testament has 39 books which has to do with sins and history of Israel. Isaiah 40-66 (27 chapters cover Christ and his life. New testament does the same in its 27 books. Isaiah 40 begins with John the Baptist ministry. The New testament begins with his (John the Baptist) ministry. Isaiah 66 Ends with talk about heaven and earth. Rev.21 does the same.

Isaiah 53:1-12 Death of the servant. He despised and rejected. (v.3) He will carry our sorrows (v.4) He was wounded for sins (v.5) Was healed by wounds (v.5) All our sins were put on him (v.6) He was led as a little lamb to slaughter. (v.7) Acts 8:32 He made his grave with the wicked (2 thieves) and with the rich in his death (a rich man, Joseph, gave Jesus the grave) God loved us so much it pleased him to bruise our saviour. (v.10) "..He shall bear their iniquities." (v.11) and our overcoming Saviour.   (v.12) What a chapter ..read it Isaiah 53...and study it.

Jesus came as a saviour to redeem his people...He will receive us as a bridegroom, then the great tribulation. After the tribulation He will return to earth with us, and He will be King of Kings. There will be no wilderness Isa.35:1 and the desert like a rose garden. The blind will see (v.35) The deaf will hear. (v.35:5) The earth will radiate with His glory.....Praise him....He's worthy.

Isaiah 54:7 With great mercies God will gather Israel......forsaken for just a moment. (v.7,8,9)

God's thoughts are not like our thoughts. His ways are not like our ways. Isa. 55:8

God's word will not return to him void...and it will accomplish what He wants. Isaiah 55:11

Isaiah 55:12 The trees will clap their hands as the mountains break forth singing.

Isaiah 57:21 "There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked." Isa. 48:22 59:8

Isaiah 15:1-9 The Moabites originated by the sins of Lot and his daughters. (Gen.19:31-38) Moabites and Ammonites (Lot's daughter Ammon by incest) were Israel's enemies. Isaiah prophesied of their destruction. Chapters 15 and 16.
The Moabites went into the sanctuary to pray, but their prayers would not be answered. Isa. 16:12

Israel was often called Ephraim.

Isaiah 59:18 God will make people pay for their sins.

Isaiah 60:11 In the millennium the gates will not be shut. Nations will acknowledge Israel. Rev.21:25

Isaiah 60:12 Nations that do not serve God will not be in the Millennium. They will be destroyed.

Isaiah 60:14 Bow to God.

Isaiah 60:19,20In the millinnium...no sun or moon. Christ will be the light. Rev.21:23 Amos 8:9 No more mourning, crying....Isa. 60:20 Rev. 21:4

Jerusalem.....Hephzibah same.....Isa.62:4

Heaven cannot be compared to anything. Isaiah 64:4 1 Cor. 2:9 Eyes have not seen, ears have not heard  ....what God has prepared for those who love Him......How beautiful Heaven must be . Romans 8:18

All unclean....Isa. 64:6

Isaiah 65:1 "I am sought of them that ask not for me; I am found of them that sought me not:.." Israel sinned and continually sinned (v.2) They went down to Egypt for help....trusting in them instead of God. Isa. 30 31:
