Habakkuk
Instead of the Lord coming in a vision, as
to the others, Habukkuk ask God questions...."O Lord, how long shall I cry,
and thou will not hear..." Hab. 1:2 and then he ends the third
chapter with a beautiful song.
Habukkuk time must have been about 610-606 B.C.
....God mentions a great invasion coming "..a work in your days.."
v.1:5 The Babylonians invaded Judah in 605 B.C.

We wonder why God uses such an evil nation to punish a less evil
nation (Judah)? Hab. 1:13
Later God will punish the Assyrians and Babylon. We cannot and should not
question God.
And we say..minor prophets. No way
